Laura Haury is the Sustainability Project Coordinator at MI2 and recently retired from her position at Logan Aluminum as Senior Environmental Engineer. Over the past 18 years at Logan Aluminum, she has specifically focused on water quality, waste management, and recycling/sustainability efforts. Laura has provided environmental compliance leadership to the manufacturing operations over the course of three major expansions. Laura now concentrates on recycling efforts, environmental education, and community outreach. The focus of her work now is to raise awareness about aluminum recycling and develop programs to move the dial to increase the current recycling rates.
