Aseia Colles is the Project Coordinator for MI2, focusing on the development and implementation of new initiatives within talent and workforce. She previously held the role of Director of Apprenticeships and Workforce Careers for Ivy Tech Community College in Evansville, Indiana, partnering with building trade unions and over 1,300 apprentices pursuing their associate degree while completing their skilled trade apprenticeship.

She is excited to continue in a career that aligns with her passion for promoting community knowledge of the importance of skilled workforce opportunities, only now in her home state. Aseia holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Transylvania University as well as a master of business administration degree from Western Governors University. After living in Indiana for the last ten years, she and her husband recently relocated back to her hometown in Eastern Kentucky.
