- University of Louisville's Center for Organizational Readiness towards Enterprise 4.0 (CORE4.0) will be holding its next industry advisory board meeting on Wednesday, February 8th. MI2 will be participating in that meeting.
- The Metals Innovation Initiative will be participating in IdeaFestival Bowling Green on Thursday, February 16th. The event, organized by Western Kentucky University’s Center for Gifted Studies, will give a chance for MI2 to speak to some of the 750+ high school and middle school students attending the event, during the activities portion of the agenda. - MI2's Sustainability Strategy Group will be holding an in-person meeting on Thursday, February 23rd.
- MI2 is currently planning roadshow events in Elizabethtown, Paducah, and other locations, in collaboration with ecosystem partners. The goal for this roadshow series is for MI2 leadership to have the chance to meet with metals companies and potential strategic partners throughout the state and share MI2’s mission and strategic focus areas.
