Chris Boggs, the VP of Corporate at Kobe Aluminum Automotive Products (KAAP), is a true leader in the automotive and manufacturing industry. With more than 23 years of experience, he has gained an unparalleled understanding of the industry and the importance of continuous improvement. His contributions to KAAP are invaluable, and his leadership style is one that inspires and motivates his team to achieve their best.Throughout his career, Boggs has held various roles that have equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in his current position. He started his automotive/metals career at Akebono Brake Corporation, where he gained experience in the automotive industry. He then moved to KAAP in 2011, starting as the Continuous Improvement Leader and then promoted to the General Affairs HR Manager in October 2012. He has since risen through the ranks and was promoted to the Vice President in May 2020.Under the leadership of Boggs and his colleagues, KAAP continues to be a leader in the metals industry, known internationally for its quality materials and machinery. KAAP continues to play a key role in forging a new era in automotive manufacturing by combining technology with human nature to improve our quality of life.
