This spring, MI2's Talent & Workforce team partnered with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce to host cohorts of students from Russellville High School and Todd County Central High School on eye-opening visits to leading Kentucky metals companies to explore career pathways in the metals industry. These trips are part of our ongoing efforts to expose young minds to the exciting career opportunities available in the metals industry.

On March 18th and March 26th, students from these schools visited Logan Aluminum, gaining firsthand insight into the operations and career paths within this innovative company. In addition, on May 24th, Todd County Central High School students to Novelis' plant in Guthrie, Kentucky, where they witnessed cutting-edge metal production and processing.

These visits are part of our "Bus to Business" program, designed to connect students directly with industry professionals and workplaces, inspiring the next generation of talent in Kentucky's metals sector.
